Jason Statham talks about the Triumph motorcycles in “Mechanic: Resurrection”

Jason Statham recently updated his Facebook and Instagram with detailed information about the classic Triumph motorbikes used in “The Mechanic” sequel “The Mechanic: Resurrection.” He also shared some brilliant photos of posing with one of them.

Massive thanks to Nik Ellwood and Dick Shepherd for getting 2 classic Triumph’s over to Bulgaria to use in the sequel to the Mechanic. The white bike is a 1966 Triumph Bonneville T120 TT. It is a twin carb 650cc race bike built only for the US market for dirt track racing. It has a high compression engine and open drag pipe exhausts (original TT spec).
The bikes are owned by Dick Shepherd, a private English collector whose world-famous collection of over 350 Triumph motorcycles includes machines dating back from 1937 through to the present day.

        1. No idea whether he drove one in New Zealand. He did in Bulgaria as the post states where parts of “Mechanic: Resurrection” were filmed.
